*Please note: We are currently only accepting returns for orders shipped to the US. 

 

*The following product categories are non-returnable: Bodysuits, Intimates/Lingerie, Swimwear, and Face Masks 


 

Orders Shipped to US Customers:

 

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and put in the mail for shipping back to us at the return address on the packaging label within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Shipping and handling is non-refundable unless the return request is due to a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

*Note: For orders totaling $200 (USD) or more, items will only be accepted for a full-refund return if the item is received not as described (i.e. incorrect sizing, broken or damaged, etc.). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (typically the confirmation email you receive upon placing your order) with a picture submission of the received products. *Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are all issued once the returned products are received and accepted back into our facilities. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@thekcapparel.com or via the contact form found on the Contact Us page of our website. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to the shipping address listed on the received package where it will be reviewed and processed for return. Once a return request is accepted, generally a shipping label will be created at no additional costs to the customer for return requests where the item was not received as described, unless otherwise stated, and sent to said customer to return the products.  

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
